Elsa Torresiani (Milani) CPCP, CMT is the Founder of Flawless Permanent Makeup By Elsa in Chicago, NYC & Destin, Florida. She is an award winning artist, international trainer, speaker & author. Obtaining numerous certifications over the years from top artists & academies to master her craft. Knowledge is power & she feels we can never stop learning. She became an educator to pass on her knowledge & to help others advance their careers. She is passionate about permanent cosmetics & paramedical tattooing. She is a 15+ year licensed Cosmetologist in Illinois & NY. A licensed tattoo artist in NY & FL. She is a 10+ year Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP), Certified Paramedical Tattoo Professional (CPTP), a member in good standing with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), an SPCP Trainer Member & the SPCP Young Professionals Committee Chairman 2018-2024; setting the standard for industry excellence. She is heavily involved in the industry & education. She sits on the board as the Ethics Chair for MTAN (Medical Tattoo Accessibility Network Organization.) & has been featured on networks like: ABC, NBC, FOX, WGN-9 & more for her work. She does not believe in cutting corners. If a perspective student has no experience &/or fundamentals completed, then only fundamentals & basic training will be available. Once a student masters that, then we can move on to more advanced training & procedures. We get a lot of inquiries for scar camouflage training. Our philosophy is how is someone going to be able to manipulate compromised tissue, if they don’t know how to manipulate healthy tissue yet? We view it similarly as trying to get ones masters before their bachelor’s. The basics must be learned & mastered before going on to the advanced procedures & techniques. We believe in doing things the right way, or not at all. This is to not set the student up for failure or put any potential scar clients in harms way. Elsa is an official Li-FT Saline Removal/Lightening Trainer through Girlz Ink & Teryn Darling. She also teaches: permanent makeup fundamentals, lips, eyes, brows (basic & advanced techniques), scar camouflage paramedical tattooing, scar/stretch mark needling revisions, microneedling & inkless needling services. Apprenticeships are available in Chicago.
Growing up with Grandfather Tony Hepburn, an internationally recognized artist, creativity was in her blood! After a career in Cosmetic Makeup & Hair, working at top salons such as; Warren-Tricomi in the Plaza Hotel, & Saks Fifth Ave Salon & Spa in NYC. & freelancing as a Bridal & Editorial Makeup Artist. Elsa had a change of heart when Permanent Makeup corrected her facial scars after enduring 30 stitches from a dog attack & 2 reconstructive surgeries. This is when she made the switch from cosmetology to tattooing. Passionate about the craft. Elsa sets out to train others & share her knowledge!
Elsa travels to teach small classes all over the country & internationally, trains 1 on 1 in Chicago & offers apprenticeships in Chicago.
Classes include: theory, hands-on, a comprehensive manual, live demo & models, free apprenticeship, lifetime continued support & a certificate of completion. All materials during class are provided.

Elsa was the SPCP Young Professionals Committee Chairman 2018-2024. She has been a member of the SPCP since day 1 of her career & this organization has helped her grow & develop immensely over the years! She spoke about my scar techniques at the 2022 conference & sat on the SPCP’s panel of experts for color theory & corrections. Elsa is a proud Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) through the SPCP & recommends that her students also obtain the CPCP acreditation to set themselves apart from other techs & to show competency.
