I cannot say enough good things about Elsa!!! She is a competent, genuine, professional and extremely talented permanent make-artist. She is someone that honestly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to make her clients feel comfortable and safe. I've been struggling with over-plucked eyebrows for years. My friend referred me to Elsa and its been life changing ever since. Elsa found the perfect eyebrow shape to compliment my face. She was very knowledgeable about face shapes, symmetry, and what looks best given my overall features. After my first session she answered all of concerns immediately responding to my text messages within minutes. I just completed my 2nd session for eyebrow microblading today and my eyebrows look amazing! Elsa was also kind enough to give me some sample products and advice about a burn mark I was struggling with. I will be going back to Elsa soon for the camouflage procedure and I'm excited to see those results as well. Don't hesitate! Monika F.10 February 2020I found Elsa on instagram and did my research before scheduling an appointment to get my eyebrows microbladed. I've had a very bad experience with another salon and was worried about giving this a second chance. Elsa really listened to me and answered all of my questions before starting the procedure. The numbing gel that she uses is very strong and I felt very comfortable during the entire session. She did a fantastic job and I cannot wait for my second session with her! She's super responsive by text (my preference) and was flexible in getting me on to her schedule for a consultation. She answered every question I had, providing examples of her previous work. During the procedure, which was less painful than my first eyeliner tattoo, she was a steady guide. I'm very happy with the work that Elsa did and I highly recommend her. Seema G.30 January 2019I had my microblading session with Elsa in March of 2018 and I absolutely love the results even 10 months later. She is so professional and clearly is an expert at what she does. Being in the healthcare industry i appreciated how she was very knowledgeable about sterile technique and post op instructions. I got my touch up about 5 months later and love the results even more. I think i will go back again soon for a small touch up, but i have had constant compliments on my eyebrows being so perfect but no one knows it's microblading! Literally the best beauty treatment i could have chosen to look younger, fresher and more polished with no effort. Can't recommend more. Alyssa5 August 2023Elsa is AMAZING! She listens to you and is willing to try out different techniques and give her professional advice. I suffered with HYPOpigmentation for a long time, which I thought would never go away. However, Elsa changed my life and now it’s permanently gone! Through her permanent tattoo camouflage and a series of micro needling/inkless tattoo, my hypopigmentation is permanently gone. Elsa gave me back my confidence, was so kinda, and overall an amazing artist to work with. I’d recommend her to anyone! I now have the perfect brows that has caught immediate attention from friends and coworkers. Elsa's passion and love in what she does is what makes her absolutely amazing at her work. jlb19 March 2026Elsa is extremely talented. I have her "powder brows" and when I was in the Boston Airport a woman at the check-in counter was looking at me with a quizzical expression. She asked me if my eyebrows were real. I told her they were tattooed. She said she had never seen such great eyebrows that were tattooed. She added "and I've seen a lot come through here." They look natural. They are not excessive or exaggerated. You know the ones I'm referring to. If you want to wake up with brows ready to go, let Elsa tattoo them.
