Please be aware that Elsa goes back & forth between NYC and Chicago monthly and books out quite far due to the high demand. So if you cancel your appointment immediate rebooking is not guaranteed. We suggest booking your second session (if applicable) at the end of your first session before you leave.

72 hour notice for cancelation is required. Otherwise loss of deposit &/or a $50 cancelation fee per procedure will be charged. (Unless it is a Covid-19 related cancelation.)
Please arrive at time of appointment. 15 minutes late or more is the same as missing your appointment, cancelation fee or loss of deposit will be applied.
Masks are to be worn, please do not bring guests at this time.
No children under the age of 16 is permitted in the room. Please find child care.
No one under the age of 18, undergoing major health/skin conditions/treatments, pregnant/gave birth within 6 months/nursing, tan/sunburnt in area, or on blood thinners will be tattooed.
Deposits are non-refundable

Consults are free UNLESS you are a no call/no show, cancel within 72 hours Chicago, 48 hours for NYC or show up late and/or miss your consult. Then the $50 cancelation fee will apply to your appointment.
Results are not guaranteed and vary, explained in consent forms. Elsa has gotten a lot of fabulous results- hence her reputation & portfolio, however full transparency is also important to her. Everyone retains and reacts differently to pigment/tattooing and needling because everyones skin & body are unique. Needing to apply some degree of topical cosmetic makeup after getting permanent makeup for perfection is rare but not impossible. It is an art and a science, many variables impact the science portion of tattooing/permanent makeup/microblading.
