Please be aware that Elsa is primarily in Chicago. However, she travels to NYC & Destin for clients & travels to teach. Therefore, she frequently books out quite far in advance due to the high demand & her schedule. If you need to reschedule your appointment immediate rebooking is not guaranteed. 72 hour notice for cancelation is required. Otherwise, loss of deposit &/or a $50 cancelation fee per procedure will be charged.

Please arrive at time of appointment. 15 minutes late or more is the same as missing your appointment, cancelation fee or loss of deposit will be applied.

You have 3 months to use your free 2nd session touch-up for new brows, lips & eyeliners.

You must return within 3 months from your last session if an additional session is necessary for brows, lips & eyeliners to get the additional session/tray setup fee of $125.

No children under the age of 18 is permitted in the room. Please find child care.

No one under the age of 18, undergoing major health/skin conditions/treatments, pregnant/gave birth within 6 months/nursing, tan/sunburnt in area, on antibiotics, blood thinners, or develop a wound/blemish/trauma in the area being worked on will be tattooed. The read before procedure page will review everything that you need to know prior to your procedure appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable

Consults are free UNLESS you are a no call/no show, cancel within 72 hours or show up 15 minutes late or later &/or miss your consult. Then the $50 cancelation fee will apply.

Results are not guaranteed and vary because everyones skin is different.  This is explained in the consent forms & during consult. Elsa has gotten a lot of fabulous results- hence her reputation & portfolio. However, full transparency is also important to her. Everyone retains pigment and reacts differently to tattooing and needling because everyones skin & body are different. Needing to apply some degree of topical cosmetic makeup after getting permanent makeup for perfection or needing additional sessions to reach maximum results is rare but not impossible. Permanent Makeup & Paramedical Tattooing is an art and a science. Many variables impact the science component of tattooing/permanent makeup/microblading that can affect results.  It is important that every client has realistic expectations, is honest on the health form, and agrees to follow after care because what we do in the office can be ruined at home if aftercare is not followed.
