Elsa Milani (Torresiani) CPCP, CMT is the owner of Flawless Permanent Makeup By Elsa.  Located in Chicago (main location), NYC & Destin, Florida.  She is an award winning artist, beauty expert, international trainer, speaker & author. She has performed thousands of procedures over the years with great success & has been in the beauty industry since 2007. She is best known for achieving natural looking results customized for both female & male clients of all ages & skin types that last, fixing botched permanent makeup & scar camouflage & revisions.  Elsa is an internationally trained Permanent Cosmetic & Paramedical Tattoo, Scar & Stretch Mark Revision, & Microblading Artist.  She has obtained numerous certifications, licenses, certificates, & awards in her field.

Permanent Cosmetics & Paramedical Tattooing is an art & a science that she has worked hard to master for years. She is a Licensed Tattoo Artist & a 15+ year licensed Cosmetologist (CMT) in Illinois & New York.  As well as a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP).  (The CPCP international accreditation is earned by passing an exam through the SPCP, a non-profit org w/ an 80% or higher & meeting the necessary criteria to sit for the exam.  This designation is maintained by completing yearly continued education & upholding standards that continues to meet criteria.)  She is also a Permanent Makeup (lips, eyes, brows fundamentals & advanced techniques), Microblading, Scar/Stretch Mark Camouflage & Revisions trainer, and an Official  Li-FT Permanent Makeup Lightening/Tattoo Removal trainer.  Selected to be a PMU Coach with The PMU Coach Collaborative in 2020.  She is a Member in good standing of the: Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), Better Business Bureau (A+ rating), LGBT Chamber of Commerce IL & National Tattooing Society.  Elsa was the Chairman of the SPCP Young Professionals Committee (2018- 2024), was a featured expert on the SPCP Panel of Experts- Volume 1 Color Theory & Corrections, & presented at the 31st Annual SPCP Convention about her Scar Revision & Needling Techniques.  She has also contributed many educational articles published in the SPCP Quarterly Magazine over the years; setting the standards for industry excellence. She also wrote an article published in the Girlz Ink Blog about Li-FT Removal & Color Corrections.

She believes in paying it forward and works with non-profit organizations such as; Hope & Olive and Sharsheret Org, where breast/ovarian cancer survivors pay nothing for their reconstructive permanent makeup/paramedical tattooing services with Elsa.  She also donates 1 free scar camouflage/revision monthly to help; cancer survivors, trauma survivors, animal attack survivors, motor vehicle accident survivors, burnt victims, LGBTQ+ individuals (with surgical scars etc.), DV survivors, self harmers & more. She also will remove the tattooed ID marking on women who have been trafficked for free once a month.
